This build (and the former one, from previous
day) did not have the "product customization" they normally do.
Welcome screen (for JavaEE), but also default perspective, "about"
box info.  Since this effected JavaEE and _javascript_, I'd assume it
was a wide spread problem? I've opened bug 336897 to track.
