[emft-dev] Vote for Committer status for Joerg Schoettle has started
|
modeling.emft.emf4net Committers,
This automatically generated message signals that Reinhold Bihler has
nominated Joerg Schoettle as a Committer on the EMF4Net component of the
modeling.emft project. The reason given is as follows:
=?UTF-8?Q?J=C3=83=C2=B6rg?= works on the XML/XMI serialization feature for EMF4Net. He tries to
translate the functionality provided by the org.eclipse.emf.ecore.xmi
package to C#.
He was able to realize a simple use-case that enables us to serialize very
simple models from C# into XMI (see
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=257183).
He is eager to continue his work and enable the full XMI (de-) serializon
functionality known from EMF for EMF4Net.
The requests for this feature form the community are steady. Therefore I
ask you to vote for =?UTF-8?Q?J=C3=83=C2=B6rg?= as a committer on the EMF4Net component.
The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded. The voting will continue
until either all 3 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Because there are three or fewer existing Committers, they must
all vote and vote +1 for a successful election.
Eligible Committers must cast their votes through their My Foundation
portal page (do NOT just reply to this email; your vote will not be
correctly recorded unless you use the portal):
http://portal.eclipse.org/
The project Committers eligible to vote are:
Reinhold Bihler
Manfred Boettger
Deyan Rizov
*NOTE*: Successful elections are left open for a maximum of 60 days to
allow for processing of paperwork. After that time the election will be
expired, regardless of its current status. Should papework processing on
the part of the candidate take more time than allowed, a new election will
have to be held.
