Martin,
If you are already a committer, normally your employer would need to
approve you being a committer on the additional project. I believe
employers can now provide blanket approval for any and all projects. Since
you are self employed, I don't think there is any additional paperwork
required. But the EMO needs to confirm that...

I received an email to fill in a 'new committer request form'. But I am
not sure if this needs to be filled in as I am already a committer.
