We have had requests to publish layout algorithms on Maven Central, so
that might be a good thing to do. I don't think I'll find the time to
implement that for 0.2.0, though. :/

I’m also quite busy due to the upcoming Xtext 2.11.0 release, but I’d be glad to help with this after the release. I think it wouldn’t be a problem to publish the ELK 0.2.0 artifacts some time after the release of the p2 update site. I created #113 for this:
