[ee4j-pmc] Reminder to vote on the Committer Election for Kyle Aure on J

Voting will close on 2026-05-19 for the Committer election of Kyle Aure on
project Jakarta JSON Binding (ee4j.jsonb).

Criteria:

Kyle Aure has contributed all 3 of the PRs merged to Jakarta JSON Binding
this year. Kyle is a valuable contributor to a variety of Jakarta EE projects
in addition to this one. He has a thorough understanding of Jakarta EE TCKs
and specification release process, and also has an in-progress PR for
modernizing the JSON Binding TCK
(https://github.com/jakartaee/jsonb-api/pull/379). Kyle is starting to work
on getting a Milestone 1 created for the JSON Binding spec. Kyle has also
contributed various PRs to the Yasson implementation.

It is my pleasure to nominate Kyle Aure as a committer on Jakarta JSON
Binding.
