As with my previous two notes, contributions to other open source project does not constitute reputation enough to be elected committer on this project.

AFAICT, there are no commits in any Eclipse open source project that we can attribute to this committer. If the candidate has made any other forms of contribution, please cite them.

For the past three years, Thomas has served as a committer on the Jakarta
Mail project. While his direct engagement with the Angus project has been
limited, he works with it almost daily as the Activation and Mail provider in
Open Liberty. He has a strong interest in ensuring that Angus remains a
strategic implementation of Activation and Mail.
