Adding Tomas. We can take a spec, lets say Config, and demonstrate how
it’s implemented in Helidon. Would it be ok?
Yes and then also "teach" the participants how to use config.

This has a number of TODOs, that I will fix in the next days and I will
also add a "prepare" script, that removes stuff that people can then add
during the hands on. I have prepared the scenario, as we don't want to
start at zero.
