[eclipselink-dev] Patch available for 312104

I have created a patch for

As discussed in the bug this patch changes the ant build to require BND. 
If a bnd jar is not found, an error is displayed that explains what was 
looked for, where it wasn't found, where to get bnd, how to set it up, 
and a flag to use if the build must be completed now and manifest errors 
are of minor concern (the development manifests are used instead).

Since this will effect all of  you I'm attaching bnd-0.0.366.jar to this 
email, you can put it in your buildsystem or your ${extensions.depend.dir}.
