Change Summary:

- Introduce property server.version in jpa/eclipselink.jpa.test/test.properties

- Comment out server.user and add server.user.10 and server.user.11 in oc4j.properties
- Targets oc4j-install, oc4j-setup and oc4j-reset in oc4j.xml are different between 10 and 11
