[eclipsecon-na-program-committee] Recommendation to reject Dana Shneider

I watched Dana’s talk to a Portland Ruby society on Cucumber in October, which is the source of her slides that she uploaded with her proposal.  I’d recommend rejecting the talk:

• She’s not the most dynamic speaker.
• There’s no evidence that she’s a Java expert, and the fact that she didn’t mention the eclipse-cucumber tools in her abstract 
• She’s not a Ruby testing expert.  The questions she received afterwards seemed reasonable, asking about other Ruby-based testing approaches, and she wasn’t really able to handle them.  My concern is that she’ll be asked specifics about Java based systems and won’t have an answer.
