Here is the schedule of our calls (also added to the shared calendar [1][2]):

Dec. 7th, 5:30pm CET 
Dec. 9th, 5:30pm CET 
Dec. 11th, 5:30pm CET 
(Dec. 14th, 5:30pm CET if needed)

Don't forget to vote for the proposals on the spreadsheet https://goo.gl/CMcD11. I will update it with the last submissions next Friday after the end of the extended deadline. Please, complete the voting by our first call on Dec. 7th. Also, don't forget that you need to vote on the first 2 sheets: "Standard talks" and "Tutorial"

Regarding the extended deadline, we've attracted a few more submissions but not as much as desired (129 submissions so far). So if you have any final reach outs you can think of, this is time.
