| Hi all — I just sent out the Google calendar invitations. I allocated 90 minutes for the first two calls and 60 minutes for the last two. The last one is also marked “if necessary.” We may not need the full times, but I thought it would be good to allow a bit more for the early ones, just in case.

Dec. 7th, 5:30pm CET Dec. 9th, 5:30pm CET Dec. 11th, 5:30pm CET (Dec. 14th, 5:30pm CET if needed)
Don't forget to vote for the proposals on the spreadsheet https://goo.gl/CMcD11. I will update it with the last submissions next Friday after the end of the extended deadline. Please, complete the voting by our first call on Dec. 7th. Also, don't forget that you need to vote on the first 2 sheets: "Standard talks" and "Tutorial"
Regarding the extended deadline, we've attracted a few more submissions but not as much as desired (129 submissions so far). So if you have any final reach outs you can think of, this is time.
