Everyone,

I updated our working document to add some suggested criteria for judging Science projects. Please feel free to modify it as you see fit - I'm not terrible attached to any of it.

The important thing for me is that these criteria help you to adequately judge science proposals and that they help us to find novel topics. (We definitely want to make sure that we get new blood presenting in SWG!)
