Re: [eclipsecon-na-program-committee] Keynote options

I'm definitely also for more talks (#3) rather than 1 more keynote since
there are less slots in general it feels reasonable keynotes gets
reduced too.

I'm also in favor of option #3.

I also vote (softly) for #3. Thursday usually finishes a bit
earlier
and therefore has less talks than the other days. This would give
Thursday
more content with respect to the different tracks.

Hey!
I don’t have a strong preference, but I tend to go for 3)
Usually I really like good keynotes and I would never drop a great
keynote,
but given the constraints that we have this year I think that
downscaling the
number of keynotes to 2 sounds like a good plan.
Cheers,
-Martin
We need to decide what we want to do for the Thursday keynote. I
think
there are three options:
1) We have a regular 50 minute keynote as initially planned.
2) We have two parallel keynotes on Thursday: 1) focused on
EclipseCon
attendees. I would recommend Mark Reinhold, and 2) FOSS4G focused.
3) We don’t have a keynote on Thursday. This would add 3-4
session
slots.
Let me know if anyone has a strong preference.
