Dear Eclipse Con 2015 Program committee,

I have submitted a proposal for a talk here:

I wanted to alert the PC that while this is submitted under my current valid Eclipse Committer (IBM) ID , I am in
the process of leaving my current employer (IBM) and I would not be representing IBM and speaking as
an IBMer if this talk is selected.

I will either be speaking as an individual expert or otherwise representing some other employer - I will be
able to fill in the blanks and furnish these details at a later date as my plans take a concrete form.
