Hey!

Our next PC call for EclipseCon NA 2015 is this Thursday (Oct 23) at the same time as usual. The agenda/topics for this call include:

- updates on keynotes
- discuss and decide about the bootcamp
- discuss invited speakers
- discuss the process for the early-bird selection

The keynote ideas and notes about the bootcamp are collected in this Google Docs spreadsheet:

Prep work:
- participate in the mailing list discussion about the bootcamp idea
- think again about invited speakers and add them to the list in the document

The process for the early-bird pick that I would like to propose:
- deadline for the early-bird pick is Nov 3 (Monday)
- we have a call on Nov 4 (Tuesday) to select 5 early-bird picks
- before the call on Nov 4 every member of the PC sends his/her choice for the 5 early-bird picks to the list
- I combine those votes into a Google Docs and invite everybody
- we discuss and pick the early-birds

Would that work for you? (I know that this is a tight schedule for those on US time zones)
