I tried following Ian’s advice:

What I would like to do tomorrow is look for talks 'near-the-fence' that we should be selecting. However, to accept a talk, we need to bounce one off the fence. Also, we should try and bounce one from the same track (at least we should try to hit our target). Here is the breakdown of talks per track (this includes accept + on the fence in each track).

It’s challenging for the Lifecycle track because there is no on-the-face to trade, just four near-the-fence. Given the numbers there is one slot left.

It doesn’t have the highest ranking but I think it is really important to have a talk covering CBI and how easy it is contributing to the Eclipse IDE.
