Its more than that. I think last year there were 19 or so OSGi devcon sessions. EclipseCon used to get plenty of "free" marketing from the OSGi Alliance in promoting the OSGi dev con track, drumming up OSGi submissions and conference attendees. For example, to the osgi members mailing lists and other avenues, such as promotion from the OSGi Alliance hired evangelists in their own blogs, tweets etc. In the past OSGi dev con was a one room track for the entirety of the conference, right?
