Without the OSGi devcon co-located with EclispeCon I doubt we are going to get much OSGi specific talks. I have been trying to get a few folks to submit talks but they are not interested without the OSGi devcon being co-located with eclipse con.

I know it is too late to go back on the decision not to co-locate with OSGI devcon but it is likely that we have turned many of these speakers away from the conference. Not sure if that will result in turning many attendees away...
