[eclipsecon-na-program-committee] Talk rejection

Tonight, I've learn that the Jazoon conference provides feedback when your talk is rejected (one or two sentence explaining the reason). I find that to be a good idea, and it is more polite way to decline a talk than a blunt "generic rejection" notice. After all, people have tons of venues to present their talk at, they take time to write their abstract, so I think it would be good if we could explain why their talk is rejected. I understand it takes more time, but it should not be more than writing down the thoughts that we have in our minds.

wdyt?
