After talking with Ian S. we will keep the Oct 3rd meeting at Oct. 3 at 8:30amPT/11:30amET/5:30CET.

It is unfortunate that our German friends can't make it, but it's important that we push forward and finding another time-slot has proven to be very difficult.

Anne, can you send out the invitations?

Currently there are two very important topics, Keynote speakers and Invited speakers. Maybe Ian can give an update on any keynote invites that have been sent out. It would be good to know if we've had any success before we meet again.

I've also added a section on Invited Speakers [1]. If anybody has any ideas (both concrete ideas for people to Invite, or more general 'someone from project X'), please add them to the list.
