I have created a draft schedule for the tutorials.  If you can please take a quick look and let me know if you see any glaring conflicts between the AM and PM sessions.  I have tried to have a mix of beginner vs advanced tutorials in each time block.  I also tried to make sure the tutorials within a track did not overlap. 

 

Don’t worry about the room assignment.  We will adjust the room assignment based on the pre-registration numbers.  Fwiw, Room 1 is not being used for tutorials but is used for the sessions.

 

We want to add the tutorials to the registration system sometime tomorrow, so any quick feedback is appreciated.
