I think Modeling is now quite well represented. It now has more talks than both Platform and Eclipse RT which are large active communities as well. DSL is in a similar state to Mobile - in both cases we received only 9 submissions so we are limited in what we can do there. The two "tools/web" and "community/other" represent more than half of our total talk submissions, so I think those are the areas we should focus our spare slots.

Ian S. mentioned that the reason we want 10 talks in each category is so we can advertise the conference and ensure that we have a healthy selection of talks for the audience.  If we re-arrange our categories slightly, things look pretty balanced.

Modelling / DSL: 15
RT: 9
Eclipse Platform: 9
Tools: 11
Mobile / M2M / Web: 11
Community / Other: 14

Cheers,
Ian
