It’s easy to look yourselves. Just sort by PC Vote and see what the top 63 are. Right now there’s a big tie at 3.5. And we’re heavy in Tools and light in most of the others, which is pretty normal since Tools is a grab bag.

 

I’m still munching through some things to see how I want to present the list. I’ll set up a webex for the meeting and we can look together.

It would be interesting if we had the allocation numbers for the current top 65 talks so we can compare it to Ian's allocations [1]. Then we can decide if we need to add more talks for a given category, review our votes in categories that are out of whack, or maybe even move talks to different categories if it makes sense. Is that something you've already done Doug?

Hey gang,
 
I’m going to make a pass through the votes and take note of any 5’s for talks that aren’t > 3.5. That will give a definite hint that we’ve missed something.
