It would be interesting if we had the allocation
numbers for the current top 65 talks so we can compare it to Ian's allocations
[1]. Then we can decide if we need to add more talks for a given category,
review our votes in categories that are out of whack, or maybe even move
talks to different categories if it makes sense. Is that something you've
already done Doug?

I’m going to make a pass through the votes
and take note of any 5’s for talks that aren’t > 3.5. That will give
a definite hint that we’ve missed something.
