Too bad the submission lacks the speaker info. A bug in the system?

As Andrew already pointed out the speaker is Sang Shin (see the attached slides), who seems to be an independent trainer and Java evangelist :

JRebel is indeed a great technology. It won several important awards and they have support for Eclipse Plug-in Development as well.
Given Andrew's comments I'd suggest to rethink the votes.
