@Chris a few questions/ideas

* Is it possible to make filter for all talks I didn't vote on?
* Is it possible to have something like internal tags that we can put
onto talks and filter on (eg. 'duplicate', 'reviewed_gunnar',
'waiting_on_author_feedback','no_in_and_out_burger_in_reston', etc.)?
