Andy-Stanford Clark (@andysc) might be a good speaker regarding the M2M stuff.

I haven't seen him speak in person before but he's done some
interesting things in the past with MQTT. From wiring his house with
sensors so things tweet when say the mouse trap goes off to other
things. He also has some videos on his web site if you're interested.

Getting him to speak about his experiences and where he sees the
future of M2M going could be interesting.
