Lots of great discussion today about strategies and such. I didn’t write any of it down and am afraid of misrepresenting any of it. But if you have any questions on anything, please mail the list.

 

Operationally, voting will continue until Monday. Late in the day, I’ll take a look and see if there is an obvious top 5 and make a proposal to the list that we can debate over. I’ve set up a call on Tuesday where we will make the final decision and continue our discussions.

 

One thing I do remember, while you can vote for any talk, you don’t have to vote for them all. If you aren’t sure, it’s probably best not to vote so it won’t skew the average. As for the rating system. 1 means the talk is bad, a must not have – 5 means the talk is a must have. 3 means you’re  OK with it in the program. Use 2 and 4 for things in between those.
