Ya I saw Ian's post. I agree people are distracted but it is not
different from last year. I just have a sense this year we are
behind. I wonder if we should try to do an early-bird selection to
encourage people to submit before ECE?

The fact that you have EclipseCon Europe happening, and several
presenters going there, they aren't even thinking about EclipseCon
NA right now. So if one of the Rock Stars isn't thinking about
it, not sure much of the other community is as well.
