I'm afraid (positive!) that there will be too many submissions to just
have long talks.

What happened to the 10 minutes "super-quick-intro" talks we had couple
of years ago? I actually found some value in those talks. Of course, you
can't teach technical content in 10 minutes. But I think it's good for
the "elevator pitch" type of talk when you want to introduce people to
some new project or technology.
