"Mid-end September" is when we GA. If you're not in the train by RC2, you've missed the ferry and will have to wait until the next one arrives at the dock.

As of now, we have 26 projects that participated in the previous release that have not formally opted-in to participate in the 2019-09 release.  Clearly 26 project teams aren't paying attention. 

Is the opt-in process that "touch" the aggrcon file thing or is this the email you are expecting to cross-project?
