The Linux Tools project had several successful releases last year, has a detailed plan in place, and a diverse group of active committers working on that plan. I think they will be a valuable addition to the train.

Also, as a mentor for the project I should have done a better job helping to get them ready for the train so I share the blame here. I'll try to assist them better in meeting the remaining Helios release train requirements...

Project (technology.linux-distros), this request for an exception to be
included in Helios after the deadline.
