  Here is the bugzilla opened (in parallel with the doodle poll) to 
discuss the train naming

  I sent out an email for everyone to put in their name choices into 
the bugzilla, by end of this month.  Well, it is that time.

  Scraping the bugzilla for "legal" names and adding the top two 
winners from the doodle poll, I arrive at the following "final list of 
contenders".

  Does everyone disagree that these are the "finalists"?   Does 
everyone agree that a doodle vote is an acceptable way of getting 
community input?
