[eclipse.org-planning-council] Naming the train, part 2

  As per the PC meeting at eclipse, we ran a doodle poll with H moon 
names to determine support for various names.  See:

 This generated a bunch of discussion and a bug was opened to capture
all this back and forth:

  The bugzilla discussions mostly center on people not liking the 
existing doodle poll names.  While we can't make everyone happy, it 
seems that it is worth it to iterate once more.

  So, we will solicit a set of names and then redo the doodle poll with 
the new names.  The deadline for the new name choice is May 15th (the 
actual decision is made by the Planning-Council).

  So, please read the bugzilla, then, if you have a name suggestion), 
enter your name choices in the bugzilla.   In about a week, I will 
scrape the bugzilla and restart the doodle poll (with the current top 
doodle entries as candidates too).

  Note that we cannot use names that are already associated with 
something that could be confused with "software"; that is a trademark 
infringement, even if that other use is not a registered trademark.

  A number of people have lobbied to have the name be "alphabetical", 
so there is some bias to names starting with H.
