RE: [eclipse.org-planning-council] November or December PlanningCouncil meeting?

Title: Re: [eclipse.org-planning-council] November or December Planning Council meeting?

I am pretty sure the folks at BZ Media, who produce Eclipse World, would love to have the Council meetings co-located.  It might also save an extra trip, for those people already attending.

If you want, I can ask BZ Media and see if they have extra rooms.

I’d vote for planning something around EclipseWorld.  The first week in Dec is ok, but I’d prefer Nov.

I can make December.  Just FYI, EclipseWorld is the first week of November, and being held in Reston, VA (I’ll be there that week).

Sorry David, I should have been more clear all around.

But I agree, we have important material to cover. So let me ask for a new RSVP from everyone:

Can you, as a Planning Council member, attend a meeting the first week of November or the first of December? Perhaps in Miami or Dallas because they will be unlikely to be hit by any early snow storms or such.

I look forward to your replies.
