At a sustained rate of 14.23 lines of
code per day/person (counting 52x5 = 260 days per year).

Would be interesting to count also the
build/test code (if available) or this should have been already included
in the original numbers?

Also how much has been contributed in
bulk (from external sources) at the project creation (it might be irrelevant
for older projects).

We have committers in 3 countries (Czech
Republic, Canada, and the U.S.)

According to Ohloh, GMF has 603KLOC http://www.ohloh.net/projects/5020/
 Perhaps more are interested in adding their projects here?

I would like to request your help completing the last two stats.  
It would be appreciated if someone from each project team could send me:
 
1)       The
number of lines of code for your project; to be consistent and make it
easier please just count the total number of lines (comments, blanks and
source) in all files.   
2)       The
countries where you know committers working on your project are located.
