Considering the votes as one input is definitely
a good idea, but -1 to restrict it to be the only criteria.

Hi all,

If we want to make users feel like the have some control on the Eclipse technologies with the FEEP program, why not just make the FEEP list fund/reward bugs with the highest number  of votes, duplicates, watchers... ? I believe this is the most objective data we have of how many people care about a bug, and it would IMHO be very nice to consider these community indicators as the main way to decide FEEP items, rather than creating new items (and maybe problems?) for FEEP.
