I
did a count and I think that we have about 218 submissions
which is not that bad but we could use some more. (Ralph had
a different number in his mind).
Still
I briefly talked to him on the phone and we decided to do
this:
- Extend
the submission deadline until Sunday night 18 th aug
(midnight) (I dont think that Saturday or Sunday makes that
much of a difference)
- NO
conf call tomorrow 13 th August
- First
conf call is Monday 19th which is already in our PC calendar

can you put that on the website ? Anne can please send a
Google calendar invite for Monday ?
Please
keep on promoting the conference and ask for submissions.
Until
Monday I will decide whether we do our regular way of 2
round voting or whether we need to change that....(because
we have currently one telco less)
Or
could we also do a call on the 26th ? I have added that
column in the Google calendar. Please mark ASAP if you are
available on that day....

+1 for extending the deadline, I reached
to several people which have a hard time putting things in
motion during the summer vacations. A few more days would
probably help.
Furthermore I would hate having less choice than I'm used to
