[eclipse.org-eclipsecon-program-committee] update on accept/decline emails

Thanks for getting the final comments entered. The accept/decline emails just went out, after a lot of intense work by Nathan with the new system.
However, we ran into a snag with emailing the comments. Next week, after Nathan has rested a bit, we will work on another way to get those out. We added text to the emails to say that we will send that information later. I'm sorry we weren't able to do it as planned, but we didn't have time to look into it further.
On Monday, we anticipate that we will have a list -- not yet a pretty grid -- of the accepted talks on the website. Then we will start announcing that the program has been chosen. The full program grid will follow, but again, it will take some time for the talks to be scheduled into the rooms, and for the final grid to appear.
