I was actually thinking along the lines and ended up at Arduino.

At fOSSA 2010 David Cuertielles gave a talk there, and he was pretty darn good.

Since Limor Fried is living in the US and it might not be possible to have her, thus we could probably get someone from Arduino (http://arduino.cc), since they are in Italy, to tell us the story of the Arduino community.

In general, and I said that already, I would really love to get at least a keynote that is not 100% related to software (Cameron Sinclair comes to mind too: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PdcqEjmuxjA)
