[eclipse.org-eclipsecon-program-committee] EclipseCon Audition Winner Decision

Our top three picks based on votes are these:
  * Frank Rimlinger, Practical Mathematical Proof of Correctness (4)
  * Ekke Gentz, Enterprise and Mobile Using Eclipse (4)
  * Anthony W. Juckel, High Performance Tabular Databinding (3)

With those votes in place, I vote that we give Frank Rimlinger and
Anthony Juckel spots. I liked both their talks and they both are case
study related talks which are nice. On top of that, Frank has never
been to an EclipseCon (Anthony has been once in 2009) so that sticks
with one of my themes of attracting new speakers. Anthony may be the
better speaker, but Frank could be coached to give a better
presentation at EclipseCon. I think people would grasp his work a bit
better if he gave more of a demo than full text slides (I'll send him
a person email).

Whlie Ekke's talk was entertaining, I think he was more selling
himself than a particular technology. He has submitted a bunch of
talks/tutorial to EclipseCon anyways and most likely will have one of
those accepted.

Donald, can you get Lynn or someone from Marketing to make an official
announcement? I'll write something more detailed on my blog when the
announcement is made.

Thanks to everyone who participated. I'm considering running this type
of event again after talk submissions are in and slots are potentially
already accounted for. Make it a little more exciting this time
around...
