Faint post-lunch confusion going on here. You have
found a machine to mint new time and are using it
to extend tutorial length? :)

I'm having trouble visualizing the new layout, possibly
because we are using numbers here and the schedule
has names instead and I need to keep cross-referencing
the submission system :)

So
  +1 for 'promoting' the p2 talk to 3hrs
  +1 for same for 1092 (RCP App with Nav...)

+1 for sneaking into the lunch time for tutorials. Chris -
suggestion for next year - CATERED TUTORIALS so
no-one leaves (diapers optional).
