We okayed the lightning talk, decided to press the button
later today, and did a bit of brainstorming on the Unconference
section.

Oisin, Wayne, Don and Anne will be constructing the plan
for the Unconference and showing it to the committee for
feedback later on this week.

Further regular con-calls have been cancelled, we'll call
them on an as-needed basis.

I'm looking for a volunteer to design the EclipseCon
Program Committee t-shirts :)
