Hi all,
Couple of things for today's call. Back to our usual number

* Loose ends from the selection process

 >  We have one lightning 'left over' and Chris
nominates one of his own talks to take that
slot 1285 ;-)

 >  I have a worry that the DTP talk, mashing
together a number of other talks, might not
work out, see

     * things need to be marked as 'reject'

* Unconference - a bit of brainstorming on the
fine details of the format of this would be useful

What I'm thinking:
   * Chop up the unconference space in 25-minute slots
   * 'Theme' a room - so Room XYZ has 'Modeling' related
      unconference slots
   * Self-organizing, but needs some rules/guidelines which
     we need to create
   * I am sure there will be some logistical hurdles
