[eclipse.org-eclipsecon-program-committee] I do plan to switch tutorial

This is a follow up from my comments
at end of 1/11 phone meeting. 

I would like to switch tutorial type
for two tutorials. 

Both the following were proposed as
3 hour tutorials. 
And they undoubtedly both deserve it
and would profit from having 
three hours. But, since we are short
on time, the other day 
I proposed the "WTP Uncovered"
could be sacrificed to 2 hours. 

I heard some push back about that, and
have talked to the submitters. 
They believe it would fundamentally
change the tutorial, if they 
couldn't have 3 hours. They'd still
want the 2 hours, if they 
couldn't have 3, but it caused me to
go back and re-think my 
assumptions. I was assuming this was
"standard WTP stuff", 
but I forgot there are many new aspects
to WTP this year, 
Java EE 6, JPA 2.0, and JSF 2.0 so that
these are new things, 
not just the same as previous, similar
tutorials. 

So, I'd like to propose that the "Building
Server-Side applications" 
tutorial be the one to squeeze to 2
hours. (I asked Simon K. 
via IM, and while he would not like
to shorten it, he thought 
it would be possible). 

Any dissent? 

I'll go in and comment on and change
the 'type' of these two tutorials, 
unless I hear some disagreements.
