On call:  Oisin/Dave/Ketan/David/Ed/Don/Doug

We basically ranked all the lightning talks, went through the ones
that landed outside the top forty, and haggled on their inclusion.

We eventually settled on 40 talks (yay) and as I was putting the
updates into the submission system, I noticed that the submission
system says 43! Yikes!

I'm digging through this now to see what the discrepancy might be,
update ya later.
