[eclipse.org-eclipsecon-program-committee] Spreadsheet galore!

Wanted to bring this on the call, but slipped my mind.

I'm a bit confused about the different spreadsheets and where each of 
them is sourced from. Some of them are updated periodically from the 
submission system, others manually as and when people add/remove talks.

Could someone please clarify ?
