Here's the outstanding items for today's call.

1. UI/RCP and Tools ONLY RANKED BY ONE PERSON

This is an issue. Another pair of eyes are needed for
both. Chris, you are on the hook for UI/RCP. For Tools,
David, Ketan, you are on the hook.

2.  I've started another document called Allocations in
the shared directory, with the intention of using this to
reduce duplications.  I've only managed to get as far
as the tutorials so far today :(  Let's look at these and
attempt to get a result on the call.

3. I've been editing the Requested Talks spreadsheet
and it is incomplete, so some of the information there
is a bit misleading. I'm probably lacking in spreadsheet
chops, so I would appreciate a bit of help on putting
this together with the various criteria that I published
earlier, i.e.

   1.  base time allocation  (20 hrs)
   2.  popularity modifier     (remainder)
   3.  discretionary modifier  (5 hrs)

Roll up you spreadsheet wizards!

4. I notice Web Services has few submissions (they've
been rebadged sensibly) and these are at best Maybes.
I'll suggest now that we relegate that tag to history and
add it's time to our discretionary modifier time pool

5. The folder is getting full of spreadsheets and messy,
suggestions for clean up welcome.

6. Panels need to be brought out into the Allocation,
as do all the talks :)
