[eclipse.org-eclipsecon-program-committee] Submission System Updates

Hello Eclipsecon PC,

I wanted to let you all know that I have a made few updates to the Sub System today. The CKeditor CQ was approved, the code has been checked in and integrated into the Submission System. This should help people format their abstracts without having to be HTML masters.

When an author picks the 'extended' type for their talk a textarea field shows up and asks them to explain why they need the extra time for their talk. When the explanation is submitted it gets added as a private comment to the talk (so only the PC can see the comment). When a new talk is submitted it gets tweeted to the @eclipsecon account .

I moved the watching page link and made it a button like the submit/search buttons. I also moved the 'see example speaker agreement' to one of the same buttons as the watching page.

Let me know if I missed something.

My next set of improvement will be aimed at searching for talks. Scott has already made some suggestions on how search could be improved.

Thanks,
Gabe O'Brien
